THERAPY ANIMAL
When you’re feeling down it can help to hug someone. But did you know there are trained animals that can support you? Emotional support and therapy animals can give you new energy, a way to de-stress, and can help you to organize your life a bit more. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and horses: any animal can help. Of course, emotional support animals can’t truly take the place of a therapist or psychiatrist, but they can help out in other ways and provide therapy in their own special way.
